Please join us in raising money for the YMCA. These funds go to support the thousands of people in our community that the Y helps every year. From kids in early learning classes and swim lessons to senior citizens on fixed incomes, the Y welcomes everyone in their doors regardless of their financial resources.

The YMCA’s largest fundraising event of the year returns for another exciting day of biking, walking, and all-around fun in support of the Y’s work to help those in need. Join over 1,000 other generous and fun-loving Friends of the Y as we raise money for important needs in our community like:

Hello!

As many of you know, I have been a part of the LiveStrong program at the YMCA for the past 3 years.    This program has helped launch me back into an active life style after the various cancer treatments that I went through.  As a way of thanking the Y for their support, I am participating in a fund raising event that helps continue this program at the Y.  

Every time I get on my bike at the Y, I am thankful that I have the opportunity and ability to pefrom this activity and want to fight for those who need encouragement or support in their journey that keeps them from being active.  

I'm reaching out to you to see if you would partner with me in helping our team reach our $1,000 goal.  Any amount helps, if you are able.  I will be riding a bike on Feb. 29th (Pedal for a Purpose) to help raise these funds.
