Please join us in raising money for the YMCA. These funds go to support the LIVESTRONG program. LIVESTRONG® at the YMCA is a FREE program tailored to fit the specific needs of cancer survivors who would like to improve their quality of life. Our certified Lifestyle Coaches and personal trainers have undergone specialized training in the elements of cancer, rehabilitative exercise and supportive cancer care. There can – and should be – life after cancer for the more than 32.6 million people around the world affected by cancer. Creating connections for needed support, leveraging funding and resources to spur innovation, and engaging communities and leaders to drive social change. The Y welcomes everyone in their doors regardless of their financial resources.

The YMCA’s largest fundraising event of the year returns for another exciting day of biking, walking, and all-around fun in support of the Y’s work to help those in need. Join over 1,000 other generous and fun-loving Friends of the Y as we raise money for important needs in our community like:

  • Before and After-School Programs

  • Pathways to Wellness
  • Camp Reed Scholarships
  • Membership For All
  • Summer Food Programs
